In the price for the tenant project, a standard apartment measuring 125 square meters was given a new life thanks to planning and redesign. The apartment, which was carefully designed by interior designer Adi Blumberg, underwent a significant upgrade after receiving the key, and received a design in a modern-warm European style that combines functionality and aesthetics in a perfect dose.

The process began with planning the public space of the house. At first glance, upon opening the door, we will discover a living room that seems larger than usual, even though it is a standard size. Part of the design was to connect layers of material and shade, which are visible in the furniture and the parquet floor chosen. The dark brown shade of the parquet creates depth and warmth to the space in favor of a homely feeling.

The spacious beige sofa, with decorative pillows in colors that complement the parquet floor, invites you to lie down on it and relax. The central living room wall was designed with a natural material that creates a relief appearance and adds a unique touch to the space.

The kitchen was planned and designed in exact accordance with the view that it is an integral part of the general space. The parents' bedroom incorporates glass that separates the bedroom from the shower, which gives a sense of space and openness. The tiles in the bathroom were chosen in a light shade that speaks the general language of the house. To create harmony and a peaceful environment.

Children's rooms are no small matter. Children's rooms are often cramped in modern construction, so it is important to plan them correctly. This is where the idea was born to unite two small rooms into one large and spacious room, to provide the children with ample space for play and joint creativity.

The new design includes the possibility of opening two twin beds at the same time, for the benefit of entertaining friends. And together with the colors chosen for the furniture, a relaxing and inspiring space is created.

The balcony of the house is paved with monochromatic tiles in black and white tones, which add an elegant European fragrance. The selected tiles create a classic look and give the balcony a sophisticated and inviting look.

According to Adi Blumberg: "The design of the apartment emphasizes the needs and dreams of each member of the house, while combining design solutions adapted to modern life. The apartment presents a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, and turns the apartment into a place where everyone will feel most at home."
