Aria's Tasting Experience

Ever found yourself in a restaurant, unsure of what to order? Especially for the indecisive or those seeking the full experience, the veteran restaurant Aria offers a 12-course tasting adventure.

Set in a historic two-story building, Aria combines a chef's restaurant and a lounge bar, stacked one above the other. Aria promises a rich and meticulous culinary experience under the guidance of Moshikou Avraham, a promising young chef presenting a modern menu with Silk Road touches. Now, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, the restaurant presents a 12-course tasting experience, crafted by the chef, showcasing Aria's must-have dishes. These dishes represent Aria's kitchen at its finest.

Aria is essentially a local chef's restaurant with influences from the Silk Road. Chef Moshiko Avraham, currently leading it (formerly under Guy Gamzo), comes from a traditional Bukharian background. With his accumulated experience, he blends modern cooking techniques, global experiences, local and Uzbek ingredients, and flavors from the Ramla home.

Among the new menu items: tartlet of cumin and beef seeds; handmade manto; charcoal mushrooms and celery; sea bream tartare. The tasting experience costs NIS 630 per couple.

Indulge at Reviva and Celia

The culinary institution "Reviva and Celia" recently launched a new boutique chocolate collection. This marks the first time in 36 years that the brand steps beyond pastry borders and introduces a chocolate brand.

Leading the "Reviva and Celia" chocolate project are pastry chefs Adi Barzilay and pastry chef Michal Atlas. Barzilay has been serving as the professional manager of all confectionery and bread at Reviva for 3 years. Atlas, a lecturer in the pastry trend at the Culinary School, also joined the project.

The chocolate collection includes 6 chocolate bars - dark chocolate with almonds and citrus, milk chocolate with hazelnuts, and white chocolate with pistachios and crispy raspberries, Dulce coffee chocolate, dark chocolate filled with pistachio praline, milk chocolate filled with cream and vanilla.

Additionally, round tablets - dark chocolate filled with roasted coconut, milk chocolate with cookie crumbs; 2 long bars - Dulce and white raspberry; 4 truffles - vanilla ganache truffles, rum truffles, Rocher, and golden truffles; and chocolate shards - milk with colorful lentils and sugar-free dark with almonds and walnuts.
