This smart fitness band looks just like TRX but offers much more. After connecting to the training app, you can perform countless exercises tailored specifically for you. Is it worth the one-time investment of 499 shekels?

What We Tried:

Smart resistance band that connects to an app with a personal trainer who builds a customized workout plan for you to reach your defined goals.

Our Impressions:

They look simple, resembling the well-known TRX bands, but they are entirely different. Unlike traditional bands, the Gear Go smart resistance band is bouncy and stretchy. But that's just the beginning. After a quick connection to the HyGear smart fitness products app, you set your training goal (toning, slimming, etc.), and within minutes, with the help of AI technology, you receive a daily structured workout plan with a built-in timer for each exercise and even motivational cues from the digital trainer during the workout.

After securing the band to a strong and stable position (like a balcony railing or with the included connector to a door), you start working out. The workouts with the band include countless exercises that target almost every muscle in the body. The bouncy band and your body weight dictate the intensity of the workout.

You can choose exercises from a wide library, analyze performance data, and closely monitor your improvement. You can even meet people on similar fitness journeys as part of the HyGear community.

Bottom Line:

A worthy substitute for gym strength training. Undoubtedly upgrades home workouts and allows infinite variation in exercises.
