Smartwatches for children offer a multitude of features, but when it comes to your kids, security is paramount. The new version of the KIDI CHAT smartwatch enables chatting, sending pictures via WhatsApp, and more. All these features add to the remote monitoring functions for your child, including remote listening, remote photography, calls, messages, emergency calls, location tracking, and music playback with a built-in 3MP player, and more.

The watches come in two colors - black or pink, with sleek designs of a smooth strap + an additional stylishly designed strap as a gift. The watch connects to the Kidi Watch application installed on the parent's mobile device, allowing various options for calls, messages via both the watch and WhatsApp, security perimeter (defining the child's activity area with an alert when crossed), remote listening by parents, and GPS location check.

Beyond the remote control functions, the watch features a stopwatch, alarm clock, math game for practice, recording option, and voice messages. The watch comes with an exceptionally strong 900 mAh battery, a colorful screen, and an Android operating system.

The device is suitable for ages 3-12. The recommended consumer price is NIS 599, including a SIM card for a service package that can be activated through Kidi Watch with a basic subscription cost of NIS 12.9 per month.

So, what's our take? The design is beautiful, and theoretically, it sounds good, but seeing is believing. As a childless person, I had an experienced tester check the product, and here's the impression from the tester's father: "A very functional and reliable watch. Unlike the child's previous smartwatch, this time I managed to deal with the installation easily, both on the watch and on my device. This watch definitely provided us with a decent dose of security."
