"The family purchased an old villa in the Ramots of the Shaviv in a rustic style, and wanted to transform it so that it would suit their personal needs. The old house was divided into small spaces, the walls were thick and heavy, the windows were narrow and low, and the yard was cut off from the space of the house. The central element in the program was the blurring of the boundaries between Interior to the exterior of the house and the introduction of the spectacular garden to the feeling of the interior space."

These things are explained by the designer Rotem Banai Oz, who had faith in the design of the family's previous apartment. According to her, "the walls of the house were removed in order to create a spectacular and spacious space. The windows of the house were replaced with large and tall showcases which emphasize the height of the space and bring the yard into the house."

The central wall that starts in the family corner, continues in the living room and goes out to the outside balcony, covered with a carved stone that connects the interior of the house to the yard. In addition, the designer planned a pergola which was installed at the same height as the ceiling of the house and created a sense of the continuity of the ceiling in the outdoor space as well. The floor of the house is covered with "resina" in a gray shade without divisions, which gives the appearance of a uniform surface and contributes to the feeling of space, the exterior flooring corresponds in its shades to "resina", thus linking the interior of the house to the yard. The ceiling of the house was lowered with a plaster ceiling with disconnections that create a feeling of a floating, light and airy ceiling. In this lowering, the electricity, air conditioning and multimedia infrastructures were established.

Referring to the kitchen, the designer explains, "It is placed in the central space of the house, so that it will be spacious, central and in a modern style according to the character of the members of the house. With the help of breaking the walls of the kitchen, one large space (open space) is created." The kitchen was designed in a modern style and is characterized by straight and clean lines, the materials and colors chosen are "temporary". The fronts of the kitchen are covered with large plates of laser crystal in a metallic gray shade and the work surface is made of porcelain.

In the central space is an impressive and representative, spacious living room with a comfortable leather sofa and 2 designed armchairs and interesting iron tables in front of it. Next to the living room, an intimate, less formal family corner was planned, where you can go wild and play. In this space there is a comfortable couch, a self-designed iron niche that contains the television, the air conditioning system, the fireplace and decorative details. The iron niche in this space creates a separation between the entrance space and the kitchen and the accommodation space and is still light and airy, allows a view between the 2 areas and gives the feeling of one large and spacious space.

The central wall that starts in the family corner, continues in the living room and goes out to the outdoor balcony covered with a carved stone that connects the interior of the house to the yard. The wall is covered with burnt and brushed granite from MODY. In the central space, a constructive column wrapped in the ceramic balloons of the artist Sion-Sternbach is promoted. The master space incorporates the parents' bedroom and a luxurious bathroom. This space was designed as one large and spacious space where the 2 functions are located, with the help of a glass wall it can change its color to milky and create intimacy. The sanitary ware was purchased at MODY.

The guest toilets are covered with an iron-like porcelain tile that blends perfectly with the resin floor, next to a special sink of the Italian GESSI brand from MODY, creating a luxurious look.
