Erez Komarovsky - his hamburger - Rosso

Erez Komorowski does what he knows best and that is to bring nature into the plate. His and Agadir's special hamburger is a visual masterpiece that is also really tasty, the hamburger itself is free of toppings, fine meat, salt and pepper done to the medium level as long as it is kept juicy, but the real sauce happens in the bun and the toppings.

The bun comes in a bright purple-red color from a unique combination of juicy tomatoes and red quinoa that provide a rich and quite surprising taste and crunch to the bun.
