Turkey alerts citizens to risk of attack in United States, Europe on heels of Western warnings

This warning has come after protestors in Sweden burnt copies of the Koran

U.S. anti-Muslim hate crimes rose 15 percent in 2017

CAIR attributed the increase in part to the policies of US President Donald Trump, particularly restrictions on immigration from Muslim-majority countries.

Canadian police search for man who cut 11-year-old girl's hijab

The attack comes as Canada approaches the first anniversary of a deadly shooting in a Quebec City mosque that killed six people at prayer.
